Every step in text
1Import a page or a whole site
In Knowledge, choose to import from a web address. Paste a page URL, or tick the option to follow links on the same site — up to 12 pages from the same host are read.
2Check what was read
Each page appears as a knowledge source with its address. Pages with too little text are skipped, and the reason is shown. Open a source to read the text the chatbot will use.
3Turn on weekly refresh
Switch on the weekly refresh for an imported page and it is re-read once a week, so the chatbot follows your site. If a page changes, the earlier text is kept and can be put back.
4Run your saved test questions
Save the questions that matter most as tests, then run them after every knowledge change. You see at a glance whether the chatbot still answers — or hands over — as you expect.
5Replay the last real questions
Use Replay last real questions to run recent visitor questions through today's knowledge. You see which ones the chatbot would now answer and which it would hand over. Nothing is sent to anyone.
6Accept a suggested answer
When your team answers a question in the inbox, it can be offered as a suggestion for the knowledge base. Review it on the Chatbot page and accept it — nothing is added until you do.
